Our fee structure allows us the time necessary to provide you with truly personalized care. That means same-day or next-day appointments when you are ill, generously scheduled appointments so you can ask all the questions and get all the answers you need, and 24/7 access to your doctor via phone or email.
These fees cover our medical services as your family physician. They do not include costs for other physicians, medication, tests, hospitalization, or other care not performed by Yestermorrow Family Medicine. Patients are responsible for other such costs, and may pay through medical insurance or self-pay. We recommend having a health insurance policy that, at a minimum, covers hospitalization and other large medical expenses. A high-deductible, low-premium policy will serve as a good complement to your care with Yestermorrow Family Medicine.
